In axial (a and b) and coronal (c) views of abdominal CT scan with IV contrast, a large heterogeneous enhancing mass with prominent cystic/necrotic components is identified in the left upper quadrant. The mass is distinct from surrounding structures, including the pancreas, left kidney, left adrenal gland, and spleen. It causes anterior displacement of the stomach and the body and tail of the pancreas. No evidence of direct invasion into adjacent organs is noted
